First, this is a great location in the middle of most attractions you will want to see in Firenze. Everything as advertised. The apt. had a/c in both bedrooms and the main living room area. The kitchen was supplied with everything you will need and there is a Conad groc. store only 2 blocks away for snacks or inexpensive meals. The clothes washer is also a dryer for your laundry. The apt. had a bed space (not just a couch bed) for all seven of our party, a full bath(shower), a separate water closet only, and a second shower room (in the laundry space). Monica was very flexible and allowed us to drop off luggage, when we arrived, so we could do some site-seeing while waiting for our check-in time. A couple of things of note (and these are not negative's, just something to be aware of: 1) The check-in time is 4pm so you may have to wait' to get in if you arrive early. 2) Don't walk to the apartment if you come from Stazione Santa Maria Novella and if you have more than a small suitcase. It is longer than it looks and there are a lot of people and traffic. The taxi service fees are regulated in Firenze and you can get in line (follow the taxi signs) for a taxi and it is not very expensive. We took two small taxi's and it was still only 40 euro total for the ride and worth every penny. The stairs are narrow and there are 52 steep steps so a lot of luggage can be difficult. That being said, if you are aware of the above, you will have a really great stay at LG Croce.
