It was great but the bag we left there and the situation caused by it was bad.

The accomodation was fine.

We left there a toiletry bag, i messaged them, they said they found it, and after that, when one of my friends from Romania went to get it, they said they don ' t knoiw what happened to it.

Very poor in assisting guest in case of emergency

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after our experience at Iris Apartment, I feel it is important to share what happened so that future guests are aware. While the apartment itself had some positive aspects, the complete lack of support during a serious emergency made our stay extremely stressful and unacceptable. No guest should ever have to experience what we went through. - There was no emergency helpline available if something unexpected happened. - On our second night, we were locked out of the building because the main entrance door would not open (automatic door is faulty) - Despite repeatedly trying to contact Iris Apartment, no one came to help except Lapo. He eventually came to assist us but he was also unable to resolve the issue. Instead of arranging an alternative solution or providing further assistance, he left us outside without any resolution - Contacted 112 (Police) but they said, the can't intervene as this is a private property - There is a FAAC Automatico sign beside the door. I contacted them to help resolve the faulty door, but no one has answered my calls. We had no choice but to sleep on the roadside until morning, waiting for someone inside the building to open the door. The incident caused significant stress, inconvenience, and safety concerns.

The apartment was OK, but WIFI and shower were not functioning properly.

Apartment was clean

WIFI was working VERY bad, sometimes it was not even working. Shower head did not have power enough. We were told the tap water was drinkable, but it had a very bad taste.

O apartamento estava limpo e pronto para receber 6 pessoas. Super equipado com máquina de lavar também e super perto do centrinho, 15 minutinhos andando e estava no meio de tudo.

O ar-condicionado da sala e do último quarto não estava dando conta do calor a noite.

Apartment was clean

WIFI was working VERY bad, sometimes it was not even working. Shower head did not have power enough. We were told the tap water was drinkable, but it had a very bad taste.
