Each unit includes everything you need for a stay in Paris: washing machine, ironing board, hot plates, fridge… for a price equivalent to a basic hotel room. Also well located.

It was so cute and comfortable, it had everything you need
The water in the bathroom sink did not drain at all and the sink was unusable. I texted to the owner about the problem and he never replied. Also the towels that were left for bathing were hand towels which were extremely small and unsuitable for a person to bathe with them

I liked the location, great for transport and local shops and eateries within a 10-15min walk. This was a self service property, door codes and instructions were sent on time and were easy to understand. I like the style of the apartment building and the decor in the room. The kitchenette had all the facilities we needed including a washing machine which was quite handy.
We went in the August month where the weather was very hot. Our room was very hot and stuffy and the fan provided did not help the issue, an air conditioning unit is much needed at these times. Because we were unable to keep ourselves cool we had the window open but resulted in mosquitoes coming in during the day and night biting us.
Apartment was very compact not enough space for a family of 3 to sit and eat. Bathroom was very small and toilet was squashed in the corner, not much room to sit on it properly. Underneath the sink unit was dirt and old soap bar from previous guest.
