A very nice hotel with incredible facilities, with easy parking, although it is scarce, but we had no problem, the staff was very friendly and attentive, a pity that to visit Amsterdam we did not eat the wonderful menu they offer, although we will try it again, the incredible room, very clean and cosy, the mattress very comfortable, highly recommended to visit the city with a 24-hour ferry 10 minutes on foot, a charming hotel, we will return
When the bar closed at 23:00 we had to leave the spectacular terrace they had

Very friendly, helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, good variety of choices for breakfast
Not a dislike however, it is approximately a 15 minutes walk from the hotel to the free ferry over to Central Station, which did take longer when wheeling luggage. The walk itself was through a residential area undergoing building work but it was pleasant.

Good breakfast
The property is very beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with several refined design touches that make it both pleasant and distinctive. Despite this, I left with a sense of disappointment because I never truly felt at home.
Breakfast is one of the highlights: very varied, with fresh, high-quality products and an excellent healthy selection for those looking for more nutritious options.
Unfortunately, I cannot give the highest rating for two reasons. The first concerns the room, which I found far too small and cramped. For a tall person or someone traveling with a large suitcase, the available space is quite limiting.
The second aspect concerns the staff, particularly during check-in. I perceived from the guy an attitude that felt rather distant and not especially welcoming, at times even somewhat condescending. My first impression was of a cold reception, not in line with the standard of the property. What was missing was a smile and those simple gestures that make guests feel welcome and that, while maintaining full professionalism, help create a warmer and more genuine atmosphere.
Overall, it is still a quality property, but there are a few areas that could be improved to make the experience truly outstanding.
