Location was perfect. Close to the train station and everything else.

Stairs, but, you can’t do anything about that

Voyagers hotel is just a few minutes walk to the main train station which makes it very convenient when arriving from the airport. It's centrally located in a busy and vibrant area, and also has a lovely coffee shop. The staff are very friendly, professional and courteous. They immediately offered us coffee upon arrival. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. We needed to get to the cruise terminal the next day. It's only 2 km away but would not have been able to walk for 20 minutes with luggage and it's too short a distance for regular taxis. Hotel staff kindly suggested calling a bicycle taxi and recommended to us Iambiketaxi.com that was super helpful. We appreciated their help and enjoyed a fun ride in a bike taxi. Our taxi driver was very friendly and helpful as well. The Voyagers hotel does not have a restaurant but there is a good restaurant just across the narrow street overlooking the canal. We thanked hotel staff for their recommendation and enjoyed our breakfast there. There are also lots of other restaurants within walking distance. We'd be happy to stay there again.

We did not like the somewhat steep and narrow stairs to our room but it was manageable with railings on both sides. Staff kindly carried our luggage up the stairs. There is no elevator or ground level rooms so we got a room on the first floor to minimize taking stairs. People with mobility issues need to request rooms on the first floor to avoid going up further flights of stairs.
