The hotel was really excellent. The room was huge and so was the bathroom. Everything pristine ly clean, both in the room and throughout the hotel. All the staff were delightful and very helpful. The breakfast was superb, with everything you could possibly want. The honesty bar worked really well and was a great extra feature. The WiFi worked well and we had no problem with it. The location was ideal, such an easy walk from the station where you can pick up trams for all parts of the city, but it was also easy to walk to most places too. Lots of places to eat nearby in the evenings if you don't want to go far from base. Lovely quiet location by the canal despite being so conveniently placed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and certainly will return if we go back to Amsterdam.

Convenient location; window with a view; staff great
Room needs a refrigerator - diabetic; inconvenient to go from one elevator to the other in a different building
No budging on cancellation, even though the airline cancelled our flight & I called right away. Paid for two nights & only stayed one.
Breakfast buffet needs juice options
