Room was very big and clean, the bed was large and comfortable, there were nice amenities that aren't always present in Korean hotels. Big bathtub with jets and friendly hotel staff with a convenience store in the first floor.

객실내 스파욕조가 있어서 겨울철 휴식을 위한 숙소로 선택했고, 스파욕조도 깨끗해서 이용하기 좋았습니다. 조식 포함 사항 또한 가격대비 괜찮았다 생각합니다. 라베니프 근처라 편의시설 이용하기도 좋았다.
호텔이라는 상호가 있었기에 의심할 여지 없이 예약했고, 예약확인서를 받고나서 체크인이 오후8시부터 가능하다는 사실을 알게되었다. 이게 무슨말인지? 확인하기 위해서 호텔측에 전화해서 확인을 할수 밖에 없었다. 응대 직원은 체크인이 8시부터라는 사실을 부킹닷컴 측의 양식에 따라 시설/정책란에 표기를 해 놓았기 때문에 문제가 없다는 말만 했다. 즉, 확인을 안한 예약자의 부주의다라는 식으로 밖엔 들리지 않았다. 난 몇년동안 해외와 국내여행을 하는동안 체크인이 오후8시라는 호텔을 본적이 없어, 너무 황당했다. 당일예약 환불불가 상품이라 호텔측의 재량으로도 선처를 받을 수 없어 호텔 정책에 따를 수 밖에 없었다. 일반적이지 않은 특이한 호텔정책인 경우, 예약자가 바로 확인을 할수 있도록 예약 첫화면에 표기를 하거나 재차 확인을 시켜주는 작업이 필요한게 아닌지..? 소비자를 속인것 같아 매우 기분이 언잖았다. 개선이 필요하다는 생각이 듭니다!!
