Professional but ruthless

The hotel reservation staff was polished with good english. But, very professional and dismissive of requests made by us. We asked if it is possible to not loose all the money when we are not checking in. Although I understand, they have a right to deny, but usually Hotels do consider their guests requests. I can simply say that they were both professional and ruthless in making money.

Not as per expectation.

The rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable. Staff was attentive.

The hotel is beside city garbage dumping ground. Lot of odour in and around hotel. Hotel restaurant food is too expensive. Room AC were not cooling room properly. Initially got a room where water was dripping from AC on electric fitting. Spent one night without AC in hot weather. Shower was not working well. Hair dryer was not working. Bathroom did not have hot water, staff would fix is promptly but temporarily, need to call them again next time you need hot water. Tea kettles were not clean. Hotel did not accommodate early check-in request, charged extra for 2 hours of early check in

Clean rooms, courteous and helpful staff, and tea. This is my second time here and I thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality extended. Keep up the good work, team.

Not Pleasant

There re Quite A few Points I was with my extended family and we booked 6 Rooms 1} The Hotel Located Just opposite a Dump 2} The Hotel Was Completely Under Staffed, Same Person Was the Bell Boy, Room Service, At the restaurant. This affected the Service 3} The Rooms were not Prepared for stay at All, Jut they Handed Over the Keys 4} There was No Towels, Toiletry, Bottles of Water in 4 out of 6 Rooms we were given 5} The Bed Sheets in One Room had Blood Stains 6} The Windows in all the rooms opened to a Mall which was Noise and non of the windows locks closed so all of them remained open 7} The Front Desk Guy was completely unresponsive and did not even care when we complained above the above problems, After Many Requests he gave us 2 rooms which were habitable and for the rest he gave us a Cleaning lady and told us that you can get the rooms Cleland, This is the best he can do.

ROOM Service was poor. tea /coffee served was much too cold for comfort. Breakfast served was not tasty.

Allmost and evorthings was great

Evorthings was nice

It wass great place so neet and clean line . staff was so friendly and good behavior. Service was nice . And thanks to Booking.com for chief eate deal .
