Beautiful location, great for walking the dog along the river, staff were all very friendly and helpful and the restaurant food was delicious.

It’s a lovely old auberge on the banks of the Vendée, in the middle of the Marais Poitevin, which is a very peaceful little corner of France. Or room was on the first floor of the annexe, overlooking the river.
