our air conditioner didn’t work but personal was very kind and changed our room immediately.

The location was fantastic—right on the East Bank, with views of the Nile and hot air balloons. The staff were kind and helpful. For such an affordable price, breakfast was a pleasant surprise—good variety and tasty.
The bathroom was quite small and not very clean, and we had issues with the flush on the second day. The hotel overall needs some renovation, especially in the bathrooms.

Location was very good and near to the Kornish as well as public and private transportation.
The Facilities is very old and need some maintenance.
