Located in Krabi town, you get close excess to pier to take ferry for phi phi. Tiger temple is close. Room was exceptionally clean and staff was very nice.

Bath tub is good, floor can be slippery.
Electric socket is not much, they give an extension .

Staff were friendly and the room met my expectations for the price.
The family room was large and close to markets, waterfront and crab sculpture.
There was a cafe next door with good coffee and breakfast.
The shower was inconsistently boiling hot and cold. It’s a bit dangerous when you have children. It only became a problem a couple of days into our stay.
Apart from the cafe next door, Western brekkie options are limited in the Krabi town area.
