Swimming area for adults was hazardous ; evidence of sharp rocks, broken construction tiles, some garbage and broken ladder that takes swimmer in and out of the water. Staff members were busy working and over all the facility was somewhat cleaned with garbage cans near seating ares. The room we stayed in can use some updating; door needs some painting, sink countertops was cracked, one of the beds was uneven.
