Everything is there, we did nit have to leave the hotel.
The bathroom was a bit old and not in a good condition. The toilet was broken

We were very impressed with the garden layout, the ease of access to facilities, and the tidiness and cleanliness. We were also delighted by the warmth of the staff.
The stark class divide evident in the positioning and accessibility of sun loungers and cabanas on the beach was truly distressing and a deeply distressing experience for humanity. It is imperative that the hotel management addresses this issue.

Nothing.
No bellboy, no technican, bad quality rooms. But General Manager try to make us happy, so he did partly. He was a concerned person who tried to solve problems. However, old rooms need renovation (new room was good) and there should be enough staff employed. The breakfast was below average and poor. Beach is dirty, they do not clean it. Beach towel is available in the reception, after you go to beach you have return back to reception because it is not available on the beach. Great GM, lucky to have such a GM.
