The accommodation was excellent: comfortable, clean and very well-equipped. Breakfast was included, towels were provided, and there was even a hairdryer in the room! The staff were absolutely amazing, welcoming and always helpful. I especially appreciated how professionally and attentively the female staff handled an uncomfortable situation, making me feel safe and supported. The overall atmosphere was wonderful!
Honestly, nothing worth mentioning. Everything exceeded my expectations!

Great location. Good social scene around the lodge with nice bar and restaurant. Best value for money around Chamonix. Simple and enjoyable breakfast.
Bunk bed was pretty squeeky and slightly wobbly.

Good location in Chamonix. Self checkout was easy, and staff in the bar downstairs were really friendly. You get a free welcome drink! Facilities were clean.
A bit expensive but to be expected for the location

The included breakfast was nice and the common room was really cosy, a welcome drink was also included. The staf was really supportive and helped us.
The room was below the expectation and different from the pictures, bed was really uncomfortable.
