The location surrounding the bus is nice and the bus itself is aesthetically pleasing.
The bus was a bit run down, and every movement would make the bus creak. The windows were either hard or impossible to open/close.
The dry toilet wasn't ideal as it was high up in a separate shack quite far from the bus and the decking. The steps to the toilet were super dangerous especially at night.
There was also a fairly large colony of hornets living in the roof of the bus. This meant no lights or open windows at night as this would attract them to come in. I still had to remove an uncountable number of them from the bus as they frightened the children. Meals outside were impractical due to this.
While the initial contact on arrival was lovely, we didn't actually get any response from the hosts afterwards neither by sms or phone. We ended up giving up trying to contact them.
There is not enough distance between the busses/tipis/etc and even minimal noise was ever present from neighbours.
The peacocks were cute to begin with but rapidly got annoying. (lèon!)
There was no a/c despite it being on the listing.
Honestly, without the hornets I would absolutely be willing to pay half what we paid and be complely satisfied. But for what we paid and the fact that the bus is billed as a 'luxury' bungalow it left a lot to be desired. Which is a shame.
