Firstly, Santacruz moved my reservation to Hotel Rosal, which was just down the street.
Hotel Rosal was excellent, my answers are for my stay there.
The receptionist was very helpful and very friendly.
Parking was nearby. Central town a short walk.
Very happy with change in Hotel.
Initial shock when arrived at Santacruz and then walked politely down the street to a different Hotel.

Near to all Amenities
Car parking. It says it has car parking but it doesn’t . It sent me to a car park but it was full.. spent an hour driving around Oviedo looking for a parking lot. Eventually they found me a spot at the original car park.

Location, size of the room, cleaniness, staff and affordability.
There must be old pipes on the building and you can occasionally hear rattling when someone flushes a chain I assume. Not the hotel’s fault but it can be a little disturbing.
