Struttura molto bella con atmosfera rilassante, ubicata in una location splendida e ben tenuta, con piscina. Il monolocale ampio, con tutto il necessario. Io e mia figlia abbiamo trascorso giorni rigeneranti. Si può raggiungere San Benedetto del Tronto percorrendo pochi chilometri. Il Borgo di Monteprandone è piccolo ma carinissimo, bello da visitare. Non per ultima la gentilezza del signor Enzo, sempre disponibile a darci tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Ci siamo trovate davvero bene. Super consigliato!

La gentilezza e la disponibilità del sig. Enzo. Struttura estremamente suggestiva e molto confortevole. Molto positiva la possibilità di sfruttare la piscina a qualsiasi ora. Inoltre abbiamo ricevuto un gentile ed apprezzato omaggio prima della partenza. Pulizia, bagno molto grande rispetto agli standard alberghieri completano la positività del posto.
A voler essere pignoli, trovare un vassoio di cornetti la mattina non sarebbe male, considerando che c'è anche la possibilità di farsi un buon caffè. C'è comunque un bar vicinissimo alla struttura.

The residence is within a historical building, probably it used to be part of a castle or aristocratic dwelling, at the top of a hill overlooking the valley. Lots of character, still equipped with modern comforts. Lovely swimming pool. The surrounding village is lovely, quiet, friendly residents and lots of Summer entertainment, like Diner en Blanc, sunrise live music (soft cabaret style), etc.
The venue does not have a restaurant, which is not an issue in itself. The issue is that no restaurants are open lunchtime in Monteprandone, only in the evening. There is only a nearby, small coffee shop, ok for breakfast but it doesn't serve lunch. Nearest lunchtime restaurants are in San Benedetto.
