The breakfast buffet was well stocked. Momma made some wonderful homemade breads and cakes. Delicious. One of the ladies was making wonderful coffee drinks on request. It was excellent we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
We knew there was a restaurant but we didn’t realize that we needed reservations. The hotel is between old city Assisi and the newer city center nearer the train station. There isn’t much close. We were able to find a taxi to grab pizza. Wish we could have eaten at the restaurant in back as apparently it is incredible.

The room was clean and had everything what we needed. The staff - older lady was very nice and excellent, she helped us to call the taxi.
The breakfast was exceptional and very tasty.
There was not a bus going directly to the centrum, but you can get there by taxi or walking uphill to the basilica.
