The hotel had great character and the facilities were excellent. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the evening menus always had something to choose from.

Friendly staff. Good Food.
Room too small, had to squeeze sideways between the bed and the wall on either side. 3 stories with no lift. For a 4 star hotel, we've stayed in better 3 star hotels.
