Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was very good, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxed and comfortable. There is plenty of free parking available, which makes everything very convenient. We have been visiting this hotel for many years now, and it is always a pleasure to stay here in Wadowice.
As the years go by, the hotel remains as comfortable and pleasant as ever. Some of the décor is starting to feel slightly dated and could benefit from a light refresh, but this does not take away from the overall experience or how lovely it is to stay here.

Lovely and cozy hotel. Very beautiful and charming building. Staff were super nice, room also.
The room chosen was the superior room, but not sure why, it didn’t have a fridge/mini-bar, not sure if it was a particular punctual situation or not. But it wasn’t a problem in the end because it was only one night.
Breakfast was good, but with limited options.

Delicious meal. Both dinner and breakfast buffet 👌🏼
The carpet in my room was dirty. Needs some deep cleaning.
Radiator started to be warm only in the morning. Good that there was an extra duvet in the closet.
