Freundlicher Empfang, Lage ideal ( Ersteiger, Innenstadt ). Sehr guter Service, Frühstück gut. Ich habe noch nie in einem Hotelbett so gut geschlafen
( und ich bin schon ganz schön alt).

Das Hotel ist fabellhaft, dennoch haben wir ein grosses Problem gehabt und zwar mit dem Aufzug. Es hat uns fast das Leben des Hundes gekostet. Die Aufzugstür schließt zu rapid und zu heftig zu, Beim Einsteigen ist eine Person und ein Teil der Hundesleine außerhalb des Aufzuges gebieben und der Hund hat sich fast erwürdigt.

Grote kamer, mooie inrichting. Goede ligging. Goede service. Lekker ontbijt.
Hygiëne van de toilet kon beter. Vooral onder de rand. Bedden zijn te hard voor mij. Binnenvering is niets voor mij.

not clean. The toilet smells bad. Towels were a little bit dirty. Noisy from upstairs.
