We loved this location, and the staff was friendly and helpfull. Quiet and nice. Shuffleboard was a bonus. We also used the saunaboat, and that was amazing. We are coming back 👍🏼👍🏼

Super staff, great location, I liked the room and the view was amazing. I would definitely come back.
There are two things that I would recommend changing and one is to have a water cocker in the rooms or so you can borrow in your room.
The coffee machine in the room did not provide warm water for tea and other things. That is a real shame as not all people like coffee.
The second thing was breakfast.
I don’t k ow why, but there was no bacon.
There was scrambled eggs and beans in tomato sauce and then no bacon. That is a big let down. Also not to much choice for what to have on your bread, but that is ok. The let down was. I bacon.

Waterside location
Incompetent reception. Three attempts at getting room keys that worked. Could not find email that had promised early packed breakfast. Took my copy of the email to the chef. No breakfast provided. Said we had prepaid i said I did not think so. Receptionist shrugged. Morning Check out correctly insisted we had not paid. Like fawlty towers without Mrs Fawlty to sort it out.
