The staff were so helpful and kind at this hotel. We initially had the hotel booked on a Tuesday and Friday with the plan to hike/stay in Refugios on Wednesday/Thursday, but due to weather, we changed our plans. The staff went above and beyond to move our Friday reservation to Wednesday so that we could stay for two consecutive days, and they even upgraded our room for free to make this possible. Additionally, they provided us with many recommendations and discounts for things like the gondola. The room itself was quiet and spacious, had a great view from the balcony, and a well equipped kitchen. The breakfast they served was also fantastic! We would 100% stay here again!
We wish the spa area had been open a little earlier (it opens at 3pm), but that's it!

Very cute and comfortable room. The room had a nice dining area, and a patio with views of the mountains. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of options. Location is right near a lot of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!
The fold out beds were very noisy with any movement.
