The stairs and decor looked historical and interesting (take time to view them). The room was spacious and had a great view.
When we had breakfast, there were three areas and a lot of different types of food.
There's a lovely piano I would've loved to hear.
Free bikes were promised, but we didn't get the chance to use them.
This area in the middle of northern Italy seems to be more German and I didn't know either language so communication was limited (not either party's fault).

Excellent stay with friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was top notch with a huge variety of offerings for buffet service.

Very beautiful hotel with wonderful facilities located in a lovely town, Ora. Very friendly & helpful staff that were welcoming & very accommodating. We loved the place & hope to visit again.
