will come again this place was in a great spot my kids loved it!

Right next to the beach and close to all the restaurants. really good location.

Eggs and Bacon were seriously under cook every day but there is plenty of other options to choose from.

huge disappointment

Nice sea view. Close to the beach.

swimming pool is not part of the hotel. If you want to use the swimming pool you must first pay for sunbed and umbrella then you can pay for the swimming pool, which is full of people from different hotels. The air conditioner is extra week, couldn’t get the temperature below 24 degrees. The breakfast was disgusting: greenish cold scrambled eggs, braunish awfull sausage. Bakery were no fresh at all. The room was so small that we have to put our luggages out to the balcony. It is far away from a 4 star hotel.

The breakfast aboluty fntasti; the buget fr all the test ; you couldnt ask for more. The bathroom very small; Locatuon is exelent. The personal was absolutly wonderful/ Snything you would ask they will provide.

Tthe hotel need some painting in the rooms and is dated ; th eowner should invest dsome of those money they earned into the business

Very good

Very good location - just a few steps to the street of restaurants and shops, the port, also the beach, but at the same time a very quiet place. Friendly and helpful staff at both reception and breakfast restaurant. A large selection of food at the breakfast.

Poor sound insulation between the rooms.

The pillows and it would be good if they provide a moisturiser in the room

location was wonderful, the breakfast excellent, rooms clean and comfortable and the staff helpful.

disabled parking is limited but we were helped by the wonderful night porter through messages on booking.com en route and when we arrived late and tired

Loved it

The main thing I liked about this building was the location. It is completely in the centre of Riccione, 2 mins from Viale Dante & Viale Ceccarini. The hotel was really nice and the room we selected, was the same as in pictures. If you are thinking to book a room in this hotel I highly recommend it, the staff was always available to help, and assist us. Another thing I absolutely loved was the exclusive floor 7, which is big rooftop space with a lovely hot tub and a view on the beach.

Fab location and breakfast. Recommended.

We have been there few times already, location is perfect, central but quiet. The hotel is literally few steps from the beach and just a short walk distance from the centre. I always enjoy the breakfast they provide, there are lots of choices both savoury and sweet. The rooms are clean.

Bathroom. The room we stayed in this time was big and had a lovely balcony front sea however the bathroom didn't have a shower tray. It's ok if you only stay a couple of days but I personally wouldn't be happy booking this specific room if I stayed longer. The light on the bedside table didn't work, despite mentioning it to the reception it was not fixed.
