Family-friendly: indoor-pool, playground, games (table tennis, pool, table-football..., some entertainment for kids and adults)
Low quality, old and semi-broken amenities in the room (bathroom, beds in living area...)
Good intentions but not well executed at times: Playground is quite dangerous, gas heating in room and shower water gets super hot so that kids can seriously burn themselves
