Location is very good - walking distance from Boulevard mall if you need a mall... Short distance to Docas and the Ver-o-peso markets.
Check in was slow, keys did not work, staff promise to solve issues but does not respond anymore or simply leave and don´t take any action.. We had no keys working to open the room in the first day. Internet is another very low point. The app to order food in the room does not connect with the kitchen - so they don´t get your order - you need to call anyway. Not the typical local friendliness. Not a good sitting area in the entrance area if you need to wait a taxi or something.

-Very good location.
-I had a good experience at the reception during check-in.
-The elevators were frequently out of order during our stay, which caused several inconveniences.
-The breakfast buffet offered good options, but the tables were always dirty when we arrived, and clean cups or cutlery were often unavailable. The area felt disorganized, and the overall impression was negatively affected by the lack of cleanliness.
-The most serious issue occurred one afternoon while I was alone in the room resting after a long trip to Belém. A man suddenly opened the door without saying a word. I have no idea how he obtained a key, but he simply entered the room. I was shocked and screamed, and he immediately left. I called reception, but they only said it was “strange.” I asked for an investigation and an explanation of how this person had access to my room, but I never received any follow-up. I only stayed because my husband arrived later that day—otherwise, I would have changed hotels. The way the staff handled the situation made it seem as though it wasn’t considered a serious matter.
