Super fijne kamers met een comfortabel bed.
Heel vriendelijk personeel die goed Engels spreken. ze hebben ons heel fijn geholpen met het regelen van taxi’s voor excursies en vervoer.
Het eten in het restaurant was heel lekker, hebben uiteindelijk zowel lunch als diner daar gegeten.
We hadden geen heet water voor het bad.

Spacious rooms, lovely well cared for and mature grounds and feels like being surrounded by nature, quiet and peaceful oasis and place to retreat to after a day of excursions
Needed two electric radiators in each room - one for bedroom and one bathroom as winter evenings can be pretty cold with those stone and brick walls! Fireplace not practical and can get smoky once lit

The place is beautiful and surrounded by nature. The room is very spacious and the hotel has a very nice mission. However, I think it would be good to highlight some points so that they can improve.
There is a school at the front of the hotel and the noise is SO loud that you can not work or do anything. I was expecting to work during the morning while having breakfast but was almost impossible. In addition to that, the wifi works poorly (specially in the rooms).
The room was gorgeous but unfortunately was very cold and I couldn’t use the jacuzzi because there wasn’t hot water, nor the fireplace as the room got plenty of smoke and the fire turned off quickly.
This feedback was shared with the owner of the hotel and she was nice but couldn’t resolve any of the things. Hope the feedback is helpful as the place is not cheap, and also it has great potential to improve and be more proactive on these things.
