Staff was extremely helpful. We were able to exchange currency on sight. Facilities were wonderful. The room was comfortable and spacious.

Hotel staff were personable and attentive. Room is very clean and comfortable. Overall facilities are well appointed and nice.
I believe the hotel should have a proper business center available to guests. Professionals need access to office like environment when on a business trip. Think of the value of having more professional and businesspeople come stay at your hotel. The conference room was too small, uncomfortable.

Location. Pool. Also they upgraded our family to a suite which was perfect for kids.
There is a line at breakfast on the weeekend. Some areas show signs of age even though you can tell there have been thoughtful renovations.

There is no RO water dispenser in the restaurant to brew milk powder.
