Lovely room. Restaurant food lovely
Nice pools. Great waterslide.
When we arrived we felt like we were in a theme park. Bright colours. Busy. But we came to love it. Great walk around the coastline as well.
A bit of a walk up a hill to get there as taxis can’t always get street access.
Not a great fan of wearing a wristband for duration of stay.

A great location for Cat Ba town which is in its own little bay - a lovely location for a hotel with two great pools and two swimming beaches within a short walk. The restaurant food was great and reasonable value as well.
All was good with the staff food facilities and location. Some of the reviews include complaints about handing over passports and security - the security staff were friendly and did their jobs from our perspective and it was no big deal handing over the passports - when we needed them to book flights we got them back - no issues. Nothing we didn’t like about staying in this hotel.

Location was good …..on a quiet part of the island
Grossly overrated and overpriced. Staff had very poor communication skills with little or no english.
Restaurant staff rarely took the initiative to approach the resident always the other way around and never followed up. Food very average for either breakfast lunch or dinner. Most annoying was the same monotonous piano music track played at every meal time. You became brain dead after 3 days.
