Nice hotel, Nice rooms and swimming pool and beach were great
The amount of NOISE you can hear when you are in your room. Kids screaming in the hallways, cleaners talking loudly and just other guests being very inconsiderate. Also lots of slamming room doors. Isolatie the rooms better, or put up signs for wveryone to be silent during 22:00-8:00 for example

The complex is amazing and the location perfect to enjoy beach
The views from my room I had ocean’s view but there was a big rock that I couldn’t see the sea

The location and views are unmatched on the island, and the facilities (onsen, beachfront pool, gym, kids club, beach) are excellent.
There’s quite a few things that need to be addressed.
We booked the all inclusive package, which included breakfast/lunch/dinner buffets. We were really let down by this, there wasn’t a single vegetarian option at the lunches and dinners? The only option is bread rolls, French Fries and a DIY salad - literally every other food has meat in it. The chef ended up making us fried rice at dinners, but it’s pretty disappointing the lack of options for anyone with any dietary requirements, given we’ve paid the same as everyone else. Every other place we’ve stayed in Vietnam has ample vegetarian options. They could at the very least have 2-3 dishes available for each meal? It’s also worth noting that this does not include any beverages, only water. I wouldn’t recommend doing the all inclusive - opt instead for the room and then walk into town for your meals.
As for the rooms- the fridge didn’t work, you can’t change the aircon temp so we were absolutely boiling at night, and the bath/shower design floods the bathroom every-time you shower. They need to at-least include a squeegee in the bathroom to help with this.
