Friendly and prompt feedback. A kettle in the room, though had to put it on the floor to plug into a power point ( which was the fridge one, so it was off whilst boiling the kettle).
Cleaning was a little superficial, mirror had tooth paste splashed on it, shower screen not clean.
Breakfast was very mediocre.
A long way from the town and eating options.
