Rooms and facilities were good. The breakfast was good and generally food in the restaurants was reasonable
It was very very expensive for what it is - there is no value for money. The check in process was terrible, my room was not ready for 2 hours and the check in team was very poor taking ages just to check people in, the scanners didn't work and it took forever just to make copies of my passport. The area around the hotel is also not great and it is quite a walk to the waterfront which is a much nicer area
