The beds are quite hard.

The hosts were kind and welcoming, always helpful and smiling. They made us feel truly at home throughout our stay.
The place is beautifully decorated with a charming design that perfectly reflects the atmosphere of Chiang Mai.
The resident cat was adorable. She is calm and never bothered the guests.
The cleaning staff were not very friendly and did not seem helpful.
The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were very flat, making it difficult to sleep well.
There was no hair dryer provided, which is a basic amenity and not reasonable for the room price.
There is a large window directly opposite the toilet and the view outside faces a temple. A solid wall or proper covering would be much more appropriate. Additionally, there was only a fixed shower head without a hose, which made showering feel inconvenient and not very hygienic.
The room was not soundproof and did not block odors well. My friend was woken up in the morning by the smell of cooking from outside the room.
We also noticed a lot of dust on top of the wardrobe and the room felt humid.
