-Very friendly and helpful staff - including the front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff
-Good wifi
-My room was extremely clean and quiet
-Spacious bathroom with good strong hot water
-Wonderful location right downtown, less than a block from Parque Juarez
-Breakfast buffet is pretty good if you can get it as part of your room rate
-If you can get a good deal, it's a great place to stay
-Everything feels a bit old
-It claims to be 4 stars, but it doesn't really have any amenities aside from the restaurants
-The elevators are tiny
-A few of the breakfast options are less appetizing
-Not so sure it's worth it at the "official" rates

El trato del personal muy amable y servicial
Recamaras pequeñas pagué para 4 personas, aire acondicionado viejo y ruidoso, mobiliario viejo, regadera mala disparaba el agua, asiento de baño plástico aguado, recamara sin ventilación, no servía la chapa de la entrada y todos los que nos ayudaron personal del hotel decían es que no sirve, pero no nos cambiaron de habitación.
