Very Clean.
On the relatively small size but cozy and comfortable.
Really nice woman on the reception.
Very silent place.
I need a place close to the airport for an early flight and this was very nice.
It's a bit odd that the bathroom sink is inside the shower but other than that everything is very nice.

The process was simple, you get what you paid for. Fast check in, flexible time for it.
Thin walls - always a lottery what neighbours you will get.
I didn't get any information upfront about what facilities are available, such as where the kitchen is or any other room. The area seemed nice but I couldn't figure out if I could spectate at least the sports that were happening there. Other awkward decisions in the room weren't an issue for me but they might for others, like the wrong faucet in the bathroom etc.

There were not enough wall sockets.
It is close to the airport, so as soon as you open the windows, you hear loud noises of planes.
The rooms are not sound proof enough, so you hear the noises from the corridor.

Great proximity to the airport. Easy to walk to night bus stop (10min). No air-conditioning, so in summer it is very hot inside. Difficult to sleep. At least we had a room which seemed after renovation, so can't really complain about room itself.
Noisy neighbors are different story. Some people probably live there permanently, so expect drunk arguing guys in the night. You can't really rest while being there :/
