I miles the service of the staff very kind and helpful.
The food at least for breakfast was good, lunch and dinner was another story, also the bar was about of mixers for cocktails and the room the air a was broken. They did offer us another room in another level but we rented 2 rooms and we will be far away from our daughters so it was not an option for us.

Location.
It was cold and windy in Guatemala City and there was no hot water in the bathroom, which I was not informed in advance. I gave other options like a bucket of hot water would do, but they did not had a bucket.
