The view from the room was fantastic, we woke up early specifically to enjoy it from the balcony as long as possible. The room was also wonderful, matched the location, the service was friendly, the breakfast was good. Until next time!

It was very clean and comfortable. It was also a pretty, classy, old style place.
The only thing I didn’t like was the big orange canvas artwork above the bed.

The location is excellent, near all major touristic places. Staff is very kind, always available to help. Breakfast was good, with a superb view of the lake
The Casa Gialla and reception are not in the same building. Not actually a room, it's an apartment with a living room, a kitchen, a bathroon and a bedroom. It had a big metal door with the most annoying double lock ever. There was a problem with hot water and we had to shower in ice cold water in 2 of the 3 days we stayed there. The staff was helpful enough to try and fix it but at no avail and since it was weekend, no maintenance work could be done either. I was on 2-week trip to Italy, in wich I stayed in 6 different hotels/cities (Venice included) and I can tell you, this was the worst cost/benefit ratio. My most expensive one, not my most pleasant one.
