The process for checking in was informative. We were arriving when there would be no reception and they communicated well how to get our room key and into our room. The theme of the hotel was great. Room was a good size and they provided a fan.
We didn't get to meet staff as we arrived and left before their reception hours.

Staff are super helpful and friendly
No wardrobe and very small space for clothes, esp for a longer stay.
Rooms are very small.
Pillows are lumpy
Signage is not clear that you have to ask reception for room cleaning
Limited fruit for breakfast and small selection of cooked food
