We booked as a family of four and were offered a great room/apartment complete with terrace. The he staff were great, and even offered holding our luggage for the day wile we took the opportunity to explore (our flight was in the evening). It was a great place to relax before catching a flight the next day.
Breakfast was a bit limited and wifi signal was not great.

The beds were very comfortable, with multiple pillows and a comfortable mattress.
Unfortunately, several issues made the room quite uncomfortable. First of all, the room felt exceptionally empty. There was a large amount of unused space, yet it lacked even a table or additional functional furniture that would normally be available in a smaller standard room. Because of this, I do not believe it is fair to charge a higher rate for this room.
We were provided with only two small towels. In the bathroom, water accumulated in the middle of the room because it could not drain properly.
The bathroom had no separate heating, and it also appeared to be poorly insulated. As a result, it was noticeably cold, especially in the mornings, making it quite unpleasant to use immediately after waking up.
The internet connection was very unreliable. We stayed in a multi-room apartment where there was a connection in one bedroom, but no usable internet signal in the other.
The electrical outlets were poorly located throughout the apartment. There were no outlets next to the bed, and those that were available did not work reliably.
Furthermore, the upper floors were accessible only by elevator. During the morning hours, the elevators were often overcrowded, and we typically had to wait around 15 minutes before we could take one down to the ground floor. This was particularly inconvenient when leaving for scheduled activities or excursions.
