The host lady was superfriendly. The room was actually two rooms, one was a bedroom.

Good location with plenty of access to pochlarn, our host was quite ammenable to our arrival and guided us through the property on arrival.
There was a distinct cigarette smell throughout the rooms, and the shower had quite weak pressure.

It is a small apartment with separate bedroom and small living room.
Everything works, although the price of the apartment reflects its state.

The room is ok, the location is very good. The owner was attentive and gave us useful information.
The bathroom is worn and smelly. We didn't have the courage to take a shower.
