Fantastic stay at Villa Minica! The two bedrooms are huge, each with its own private ensuite. It's in a prime location, just a minute's walk to Eat Street and roughly 250m from Seminyak Square, surrounded by endless dining options and a nearby convenience store.
The villa was well-equipped, including a hot/cold filtered water dispenser. Special thanks to property manager Iluh and her team for being so friendly, attentive, and keeping the villa clean throughout our stay. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay here again!

A casa e muito bonita, espaçosa. Estava tudo limpo e cheiroso quando chegamos camas confortáveis. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. A ILUH nos recebeu lindamente muito simpática. A casa em si é fantástica voltaríamos a nos hospedar sem dúvidas nesta villa. Recomendo vivamente.

The family loved the villa, it was great to relax and enjoy the end of our holiday overseas.
Pool was great to entertain the kids
plenty of seating and facilities to relax
Good location with easy access to eat street and yet still quiet.
Having various keys for each door was a bit frustrating

The man who met us on arrival was very helpful and friendly. Very central and the pool was nice.
The massive amount of mosquitos, the two rates which we noticed running through the villa at night but could not find where they were hiding, they were eventually caught in the outside rat trap. The next door gate was very noisy when being opened and closed most hours of the night with motorbikes constantly going in and out. The fact we had to pay for additional car parking every night and this was not provided.
