Personalul a fost incredibil de primitor , mâncarea excelenta si foarte bine dimensionata , spa-ul foarte curat si confortabil, iar locația excelenta. Autobuzul de ski oprește la câțiva metri de hotel .

Zajtrk je bil dober, večerje odlične. savna vrhunska. Soba je bila lepa, s pogledom na smučišče, pohištvo iz lesa (ne iz iverk) lepo in uporabno. Lokacija hotela je zelo dobra, postaje ski busa so v neposredni bližini.
V prejšnjih komentarjih sem zasledil, da se radiatorjev ne da regulirati, vendar to ni bilo moteče. Soba je bila vseskozi primerno topla, kopalnica pa zelo topla.

Dieses Hotel ist ein Südtiroler Traum, direkt an der Bushaltestelle des Bauerndorfs gelegen. Hervorragendes hausgemachtes Essen, serviert von unglaublich netten Gastgebern, die jeden Wunsch von den Augen ablesen und ihren Job zur gern ausgeführten Lebensaufgabe gemacht haben. Das ist nichts aufgesetzt oder geschäftig, sondern einfach freundlich und liebenswert. Dazu noch eine geniale Sauna. Großartig!
