Okay, so this is slightly complicated, but I still give the hotel a very high rating. The staff were superb and very responsive. The hotel is generally beautiful and well fitted out. The breakfast offering is amazing! However... apparently other guests who stay here are fine with the fact that the 'air conditioning' does not actually cool the rooms. I realised the unit was not pushing out cold air (and the fridge was not able to cool down bottles of water) and asked for it to be examined. I eventually changed rooms but it was exactly the same with air conditioner and fridge in the new room. The air conditioners (coil fan units) don't actually cool and this was a deal breaker for me, so I moved to a different hotel. The staff were great about all of this and arranged a refund for the two extra nights I was booked for and even suggested another hotel nearby (which I didn't take up). Kapya Cunda is nicer overall than the new hotel and the staff much friendlier, but I can sleep more peacefully in a cool room.
The air conditioning and the fridge that doesn't cool are the only problems. Everything else is fantastic. I really appreciate the wonderful and friendly staff. If you're fine with a room that is not cool (there are ceiling fans as well) then book this hotel!

Struttura bellissima in una posizione ottima. Bene il servizio parcheggio, un plus non indifferente nelle intricate vie di Cunda. Staff eccellente, sempre disponibile e molto gentile.
Ottima la colazione, la piscina e la camera e il letto
Condizionatore estremamente rumoroso e soprattutto L’inspiegabile scelta di non inserire il televisore.
