Room felt like 1 bedroom apartment. Desk service is extremely cooperative. Nice location right next to Zhaiyk river.
Door keys instead of key-cards. Swimming pool & spa do not match the hotel size.

Hotel is very nice. I was here 2 years ago and room have been renew and are nice.
localisation look exentred, but you are near from several restaurant and shop is you walk 10 min.
This is just a personnal taste, bathroom are still done with cabin when now nearly all hotels have italian style.
but water have no temperature variation and even if i was at 9th floor, i have good water preassure )).

The location is good, the rooms are clean & spacious. The gym & pool is also very convenient & efficient. In general, the hotel serves with an acceptable pricing when compared to similar one in the district.
Nothing in particular, however the wifi can be a bit better.

The ironing of my shirt
Reception staff cannot speak English but then again maybe they are not expected too.
No ironing board/iron in room. Must other ironing room. It’s not an hotel it’s camp accommodations for oil field workers.
