Expensive for this price, but close to the beach. Old renovation.

The major benefit is the location of the apartment, close the beach.

Apartment is with old furniture and it is definitely not a 4 star hotel, not international 4 stars, maybe 2 or max 3 stars.

Ideal quiet place and background for relaxing on the beach and further exploring the island

Beautiful and quiet place, a short distance from the center. Location right by the beach, nice views of the sea and the mountainous coast of Croatia. Bar and restaurant part of the premises. The friendliness of the staff and owners of the building. We can recommend.

Great location and view (we had one of those more expensive apartments overlooking the sea). The fact that our apartment was on the ground floor. The staff related to the facility were very friendly and helpful.

If I'm thinking of something that could possibly be improved, then our apartment could have better WIFI coverage. The usable signal was only in the living room on the couch.

Pleasant, simple hotel in lovely beachfront location

The best thing about this simple little hotel was the location - right on the water. We also liked the young Canadian guy who seemed to be the manager. Very helpful. Nice views IF your room has them - note that a "partial view" means you're mainly looking at an ugly concrete building. The 2 bedroom apt that we were in was okay - seemed expensive for such a basic place. The 1 bedroom that our friends were in was more attractive and had an unobstructed view. Note that your booking does NOT include breakfast. There's an option to purchase, but easy to make in your kitchenette too. It's quite a way outside of town, though you can walk there on the "lungomare" in about 30 mins, and there are restaurants along the way. We liked the quiet and were comfortable enough.

If you have little kids, this is a great choice - but if you don't, be aware that this place has TONS of young children. The beach has loads of young kids everywhere. We have teens and it wasn't an ideal fit. Opatija was much more fun for them. Krk is too mellow and you have to drive everywhere to do activities. This spot only had 1 SUP to rent and it was out every time the kids wanted it. We probably would not stay again.

I got cheated with the overpriced breakfast.

The management and reception is not flexible to customer requests and is not able to amend a reserveration, but instead you get charged unreasonable for not provided services. I don't recommend to book this appartment and advice to be carefull when ordering breakfast.

Awesome stuff, helpful, and nice location. For families specially good.

Some equipment was broken (like sockets) in the apartment. Also, we were not informed in advance about the restaurant seasonal closure on site.

Staff was friendly and nice, and location close to the sea is really great.

If I want to describe it with one word: Uncomfortable. The beds were too hard and so noisy, every turn of me, or my wife during the night would woke up the other. The chairs on balcony were also hard and uncomfortable, we were not able to enjoy the view.

Lovely place

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the place and it’s good location with private beach. The staff was excellent. We didn’t try the breakfast as we had a good kitchen in our apartment.

Nice private beach space under trees!

The location is very nice with the private beach under the trees. Also the bar that offers drinks and simple food. The apartment is a good size with a nice balcony Nice staff.

I would have preferred a better bed. It looked like a pull out sofa bed. Staying for more then a week it was a bit tough on the back. As far as the kitchen, it would be greatly to have more necessary utensils for cooking like garlic press, more cups and plates than just two. Also we had a balcony with two air cons on out balcony from other apartments..this was quite noisy on evenings when sitting on the balcony wanting to hear the criquets and the ocean .

Breakfast. For reserving breakfast (10 euro) via booking.com you become only bread, Marmelade and tea. All these for 10 euro. If you want a real breakfast you must pay another 10 euro/pers. I call this cheating.

The place was good and very close to a beach. No problem with car parking. Our apartment was clean with enough space for 2 people.

Unfortunately, the price confirmed on booking.com in EURO wasn't accepted. The owner asked for more after arrival. One equipment defect was rectified during the stay, one wasn't.

I will return to this place...

Location of this apartment is fabulous, actually on the beach. The host, Katarina is great and helpfull. Big parking zone is available no meter of time of arrival. Apartment was clean and staff is very kind.
