Very nice manager/hostess. Price via booking was cheaper than walk-in price (which is 390 THB for the fan room). Fan worked well. I was allowed to park my bicycle inside the building. It was quiet and all the beachside restaurants etc are nearby.

Camera spaziosa,luminosa,bel balconcino.Il letto king size,comodo e pulito. Bagno grande con acqua calda.
Aria condizionata perfetta.
Non é responsabilità della struttura,ovvio,ma é bene sapere della presenza di tanti cani randagi che soprattutto dal tramonto diventano un po' aggressivi.

The room need maintenance quite old, really the bed is so hard its spring bed
