Great location. Very clean room, comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels, friendly staff. They gave us great instructions about the parking which is very important when visiting Piran. We were on a short stay but wish we could stay longer.
One room key for 4 people could make some planning a bit difficult, but other than that I can't see anything bad with the place. And to be honest, I didn't ask if we could get more, probably we could.

The location is amazing and the air conditioning nice and cold! There is a fridge for storing sandwich/breakfast ingredients. Easy to find and access, and close to everything. The owner came around the morning of our first night to collect payment and city tax, friendly and knocked at the time he said he would. Bathrooms clean, and the whole place is small (about 6 rooms total) so there is never really a line for facilities.
No kettle, and no kitchen facilities/utensils. There's not too much counter space or storage area (closet, luggage rack, that kind of thing) so 3 people would be squished in a little tight.
