Very nice and clean apartment. Monica was super helpful, and provided us with slippers and towels for the Baths as well. Apartment location is great as well

The property was very clean and the accommodations were lovely in a historic old building. I felt very safe and the front office staff very helpful and accommodating.

location is good, room is clean. high ceiling, space is good. The toilet and shower room is too small, but okay. The kitchen is nice and efficient.
1. The hotel is next to a club, probably my room is close to it. So during the night I can hear the music and especially the bass, seems subwoofer really can go through the walls.
2. Need to pay 40 if after 21:00 check-in, our flight is delayed luckily we arrive at 20:55, so avoid the penalty. Not sure what will happen if we arrived 21:02, quite stressful and the service lady is very strict about the time.
3. One of the window door cannot be closed so cannot be very dark, using curtain is not dark enough.

Location is convenient and the room is clean and tidy.
Extremely unsafe stay — serious security breach and no apology
I booked this property via Booking.com and stayed with two other female friends. We had a terrifying experience that ruined our trip.
Around 11 PM, a male guest from the next room opened our door with his key card and almost walked inside. He immediately apologized, but we were three girls alone and were severely frightened. We couldn’t sleep at all and felt unsafe for the rest of the night.
This happened because staff gave the wrong key card to the wrong guest. Shockingly, the management already knew about the mistake but never contacted us to explain or apologize. We had to go to the front desk to ask what happened.
Safety is the bottom line for any accommodation. This serious security failure and lack of responsibility are unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, especially solo travelers or female groups.
