the staff was very helpful, Neo and Ot and the rest of the team went out of their way to make us feel at home.
the stars at night and the animals was special, ohh and not forgetting the food.

Our game ranger Oteng was excellent. He was attentive and kind. He and his tracker made sure we saw most of the big 5. He made sure we were comfortable and enjoying the game drives.
The food was really disappointing. The cold breakfast buffet consisted of a small bowl of fruit, a few bought yogurts, some cheese, and croissants. The hot breakfast was flavorsome. The snacks before and during game drives were extremely disappointing and the spread limited. Not comparable to other game lodges we stayed at. The buffet on the last dinner was tasty but the food was cold.
The service was poor. Not comparable to other game lodges. To wait 15min for a drink is not acceptable, especially if you are the only one on the deck/bar.
